A Disney Vacation

We were still waiting for work to get started on the house again, but it was time to head to Disney World for the week of Labor Day.  Allison and I both love Disney World.  We both swear that we’d live there if we could and we’re hoping that the boys end up loving it just as much.  We’ve agreed that we’re going back at least every five years.  I suspect that it might be more often if we can afford it.

Noah was willing to try everything.  Ben was a bit more nervous … ok, a lot more nervous.  That was partially our own fault though.  We failed to read up on the very first ride that we went on and it turned out to be pretty darned frightening.  We did get him on plenty of things that he loved.

All in all it was a fabulous week.

    A Day At The Fair

We like to try to get out of the apartment whenever possible.  We’ve always loved fairs, so we thought we’d check out the South Carolina State Fair in Columbia.  Allison’s mom came for a visit so we all jumped in the car and drove down there.  It took a little over an hour and turned out…
