This is a sequence of pictures that shows the lot clearing process starting from a point where there was no clearing done at all.<\/p>\n

This will be the first in a number of posts that will come pretty quickly.\u00a0 I’m going to try to get caught up to the present.<\/p>\n

Our builder had a rough time getting the necessary permits.\u00a0 It seems that the bursting of the housing bubble caused York County to lay off a lot of inspectors since nothing was being built.\u00a0 Now there’s a mini boom.\u00a0 A process that typically takes four to six weeks took us a bit more than twelve.\u00a0 Our builder was able to expedite the permit that allowed the lot to be cleared though.\u00a0 Here is what that looked like.<\/p>\n
