First it was off to Grammy’s house for Christmas Eve dinner.\u00a0 She made way <\/em>too much food … as usual.\u00a0 I was pretty darned full on all the yummy appetizers before we even sat down for the meal.\u00a0 There were a few other people there that I’d met at Thanksgiving.\u00a0 We were all amazed at how much food there was, and this was after Allison had told Gibby that she shouldn’t cook that much.\u00a0 There were six adults and two kids there (one of which doesn’t even eat) and I’ll bet there was enough food for twenty-five people.\u00a0 If you eat at Gibby’s house you will not<\/em> go hungry.<\/p>\n Bucky needs to eat too<\/p><\/div>\n People weren’t the only ones in attendance.\u00a0 Bucky was also there, of course.\u00a0 He just loves ice cream, and Benjamin loves feeding it to him even more than he loves eating it.<\/p>\n Dana always dressed up as Santa and Gibby still has the suit.\u00a0 Perhaps the torch has been passed.\u00a0 We’ll have to wait and see, but Noah sure does look good in the suit.<\/p>\n Finally it was time to open presents.\u00a0 It turns out that it was only the first of many.\u00a0 Everyone was very happy with the presents given and received.\u00a0 Noah especially loved an authentic bomber jacket.\u00a0 I think he wore it everywhere except for bed for a week straight … even when it was seventy degrees outside.\u00a0 Christmas was off to a great start for all.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" It was a very busy holiday season.\u00a0 The plan was to head to Wadesboro for Christmas Eve with Grammy.\u00a0 Head back to Lake Wylie so the kids could wake up at home and open presents, then head to Waynesboro Christmas … Continue reading <\/a><\/a><\/p>\n<\/a><\/p>\n
